The concept of public ownership offers great opportunities for people to transform their communities socially, economically and environmentally.

It’s projects like Caravanserai which open up new ways of how communities could be shaped. The project is currently pumping new energy into east London, enabling people to rejuvenate themselves and the community in which they live.

The big question - Enforcing online regulations for free speech? Newspapers are facing a similar debate. Yes there needs to be laws to stop online abuse. Free speech is important and to a certain extent should not be controlled, however, laws in place should protect the vulnerable.

It’s interesting to see execs from Google, twitter and Facebook looking at this for their own platforms. Is it the end of free speech online?
